Position Information

Davis Trust Company is seeking a Controller/Senior Accountant to work in Elkins, West Virginia. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the accounting operations of the Bank, which includes accurate reporting and record-keeping, creating controls and budgets to mitigate risk, and ensuring compliant results.  This can be a hybrid position with 60-80% worked remotely.  The Controller/Senior Accountant will supervise the Assistant Treasurer and an Accounting Clerk. 
 
The position includes a salary in the range of $75K to $85K and an excellent benefits package.  A candidate qualified to take the more senior role of Chief Financial Officer would be able to negotiate a higher starting salary.  The Controller/Senior Accountant will have the opportunity to complete whatever training and experience is needed to move into the CFO role in time.
