Branch Manager
SUMMARY
Provides assistance and works at the direction of the Vice President Branch Administration to manage the overall performance of a full-service branch office of The Citizens Bank of Weston by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor or employees. Promotes a culture inclusive of our Mission, Vision and Core Values. Fully executes the bank’s customer service standards, explains available products, and services while building customer confidence and trust.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Directs, coordinates, and monitors activities to implement institution's policies, procedures, and practices concerning granting or extending lines of credit, real estate loans, and consumer credit loans.
- Contacts customers and business, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business and reports weekly to Branch Administrator.
- Represents bank in the public relations activities and community affairs.
- Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume, deposits, loan portfolios and quality of audit reports.
- Examines, evaluates, and processes loan applications.
- Talks to customers to resolve account problems.
- Establishes and maintains contact with banking-related industries such as insurance, real estate, and securities.
- Refers all stockholders and other investors to Assistant Secretary to the Board.
- Follows all policies and procedures.
- Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments in accordance with bank policy.
- Assesses risk of all financial transactions executed by organization personnel.
- Provides and maintains a professional business-like atmosphere within the branch office.
- Responsible for the light clean up and reporting maintenance issues of branch facilities (including building, grounds, equipment, and fixtures) to branch administration for further instruction.
- Reviews staff members with branch administration for formal performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments. Counsels’ employees when needed.
- Communicates information to employees from meetings and trainings.
- Trains employees on processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Embraces company culture and creates a motivating team.
- Complies with Bank Secrecy Act Requirements
