Commerical Lender
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating all types of commercial loans within guidelines set by bank policy and growth targets.
- Responsible for developing new commercial loan and deposit relationships through client meetings, attending community events and calling on center of influences. Providing services and maintaining accounts for existing customers, ensuring terms of loans and financial conditions adhere to policy parameters.
- Assist in the organization of new deposit accounts and treasury management services.
- Maintain a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures involving loan services.
- Serve on committees and participate in community efforts as required and recommended by management.

Requirements |
Minimum Education
- BS/BA in Business Administration and/or Finance from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of five years of banking experience, including mortgage and commercial lending/services or credit underwriting strongly preferred.
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
