Timing of your registration is critical. Seminars may be cancelled if there are not sufficient registrations or may fill up; therefore, it is recommended that you register at least 10 days in advance.

Cancellation Policies:
  • Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more ahead of seminar.
  • $75 cancellation fee if cancelled within 6-13 days ahead of seminar.
  • No refund if cancelled on or after 7 days ahead of seminar or for no-shows.
  • Substitutions are welcome.

Presenters Biography:

David Kemp:

David L. Kemp, President of Bankers Management, Inc. (BMI), formerly The Management Group. BMI is a nationally recognized company in financial services training and bank consulting. Prior to forming BMI, he served as Vice President, Director of Credit Services for Cannon Lending Schools, as well as through Banking Association sessions for the individual financial institution. Mr. Kemp has more than Thirty years of management experience in consulting, training credit administration and new business development. Mr. Kemp serves as a visiting professor and guest lecturer to many colleges and universities. He is past chairman of the Downtown Development Authority. Past president of the Atlanta Urban Bankers Association.



William Swann:

William (Will) Marshall Swann, Senior Associate with Frost Brown Todd, LLP.  Will represents a variety of clients in the health care, energy, telecommunications, beverage, and gaming industries before the West Virginia legislature. Will helps clients achieve successful outcomes by combining knowledge of the legislative process and relationships with key members of the House and Senate, respectively. When Will is not advocating at the West Virginia legislature, he works as a senior litigation associate with experience handling employment matters and insurance defense.
