ProServ

A for-profit subsidiary of the West Virginia Bankers Association

West Virginia Bankers Association Products & Services Corporation, known as ProServ, was formed in 1999 as a wholly-owned, for-profit subsidiary of the West Virginia Bankers Association. ProServ was created to develop, maintain, and provide access to high quality products and services that benefit WVBankers’ member banks and support day-to-day bank operations.

The corporation is governed by a Board of Directors who are representatives of WVBankers’ member banks. The Board is responsible for screening and approving vendors that best meet the needs of Association members. Many of the programs incorporate the benefits of aggregate buying power, direct member discounts, expense reduction and revenue enhancement.

ProServ’s reputation for integrity and thorough due diligence means that you can trust and value the products and services deemed worthy to be awarded the title, “WVBankers Endorsed."
