WVBA Signs Joint Letter Supporting SEC Regulatory Threshold

The WVBA recently joined the ABA and 55 state bankers associations in a joint letter supporting S. 556, bipartisan legislation introduced by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and Senator Mark Pryor to raise the shareholder threshold for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration.
