Webinars and Webcasts
A webinar is an online seminar featuring live audio (either through your computer or your telephone) and a slide presentation. Some will include an actual live video of the speaker. Everything is delivered through your computer and no special hardware is needed. These are live seminars and participants have the opportunity to ask questions.
If you cannot attend on the scheduled seminar date, webinars are recorded and available “on demand” to access at your convenience – anytime, anywhere.
Each registration provides one connection and materials. Since you only pay by location, not by person, you may project the presentation to a screen and use a speakerphone to provide training to a group of employees.
Taught by professionals from the financial industry, webinars and webcasts are considered one of the most cost-effective training methods of continuing education.

Teleconferences
Teleconferences offer live and interactive audio seminars which are delivered over the telephone. Speakerphones are suggested to allow several from your bank to listen to the presentation and ask questions. Some audio conferences may also include a web component.
