As opportunities to make real estate loans decline, many banks are turning to commercial (C&I) loans to grow loan volume.  Community banks are capitalizing on their traditional strengths in knowledge of the customer, local decisioning and greater flexibility to create a compelling value proposition for the commercial borrower.  This course will provide those tools.  Attendees will include commerical lenders, branch managers, small business lenders and credit analysts.
