This position will be responsible for the daily supervision of deposit and loan operations. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
· 5 years operations experience
· 2-3 years previous supervisory experience preferred
· Experience working with loan payoffs, escrow, flood and hazard insurance, and quality controls preferred
· Experience working with Fed clearing processes and procedures preferred
· Experience working with Jack Henry software including: Silverlake Core Processing, General Ledger System, Online Returns processing preferred
· Excellent communication skills
· Works well with management peers and subordinates
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong independent decision making skills
· Proficient in computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)

Financial statement analysis, spreadsheet and ratio analysis, credit and loan pricing review, collateral evaluations, monitoring credit lines, preparing presentations for loan officers and working closely with management and regulators.
